Registrazione

  • An online application must be completed in full for each Participant to include:
    • Foto
    • Nome & Address
    • Parent/ Guardian names & dettagli del contatto
    • Copy of ID/ Passport
    • Medical Conditions/ Allergies/ Learning Challenges - se applicabile

Famiglia ospitante

  • Accommodation price includes:
    • Full board (breakfast, lunch & dinner)
    • School transfers
    • Single or Twin room
    • Laundry, for stays of 7 giorni +
  •  Accommodation requirements are requested 2 settimane di anticipo.
  • Changes made less than 1 week in advance of arrival may result in an accommodation charge
  • Host Family details will be shared via the HEBE Platform
  • Often a host family will host 2 students – ideally of different nationalities
  • Participants agree to accept and abide by Host Family house rules
  • Participants agree to respect the property and possessions of their Host Family. It is a condition of enrolment that the Participant’s parents/ guardians accept full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the Host Family’s property/ possessions
  • HEBE Education reserve the right to relocate a Participant to another Host Family
  • Private hosting arrangements between a Host Family and a Participant/ Participant’s parents/ guardians is prohibited. Such action would represent a breach of our Terms of business and result in the immediate termination of our agreement

Emergenze mediche & Assicurazione

  • EU Participants are advised to bring the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC).
  • Participants are advised to take out private health and travel insurance. This can be provided by HEBE at an extra costPrivate health and travel insurance is mandatory for non-EU Participants
  • In the case of serious illness/ hospitalisation/ infectious disease, parent/ guardian may be required to travel to Ireland to take over the care of the Participant. HEBE Education will provide supervision and care in the interim
  • Parents/ guardians are liable for all costs associated with medical care, transportation and any other associated expenses

Finanziario

  • Tutti i prezzi sono espressi in euro
  • Un deposito non rimborsabile di 50% è dovuto al momento della prenotazione. Il saldo è dovuto 1 month in advance of arrival
  • Expense Account Funds are required 2 mesi prima dell'arrivo. Receipts are kept for all purchases and any unused monies are refunded at the end of the programme
  • Un saldo minimo di €250 is required in the Expense Account.
  • Payment may be made by bank transfer or by card via the HEBE online platform
  • HEBE Education si riservano il diritto di cancellare qualsiasi programma per il quale il pagamento completo non è ricevuto entro la data stabilita

Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be received in writing/ by email
  • Cancellation terms:
    • To 14 giorni + before first day of Term: 50% refund of Guardianship Fee less any expenses incurred on behalf of the Participant

o Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: no refund will be paid
o Cancellation after the official start date of term: no refund will be paid

  • The balance of the Expense Account will be refunded on cancellation
  • No refund will be given to Participants who withdraw from the programme before the finish date
  • In the event of the Participant being expelled by the school, HEBE Education is immediately released from all its obligations under this agreement and the parent(S) shall not be entitled to any refund
  • In the event of the Participant being guilty of persistent unreasonable behaviour HEBE Education may terminate this agreement and shall immediately be released from all its obligations and the parent(S) shall not be entitled to any refund
  •  HEBE Education reserve the right to remove from the programme any Participant who consumes alcohol, breaks the law or who engages in dangerous or inappropriate behaviour which puts their own safety or the safety of others at risk
  • If a Participant must leave the programme for certified health reasons or other extenuating circumstances a refund may be issued. The refund will take into consideration expenses and costs incurred up to date of departure. The final sum to be refunded in such instances is at the sole discretion of HEBE Education

Responsabilità

  • HEBE Education acts as an agent between its Participants, host families and
    scuole
  • HEBE Education non si assume alcuna responsabilità per eventuali perdite, illness or accident suffered by a Participant during the programme, in qualunque modo causato
  • HEBE Education nor the Host Family are responsible for a Participant’s personal possessions
  • HEBE Education non è responsabile di eventuali ripercussioni, finanziaria o di altro causato da circostanze di forza maggiore, including but not limited to Acts of God, war, strikes or labour disputes, embargoes, government orders or any
    other force majeure events Publicity
  • HEBE Education may take photos or videos of Participants participating in programme activities for promotional purposes. Should the Participant and/or parents/ guardians not want such photos to be published, please advise us in writing by email.
