Central to our Guardianship programme is our vast host family network. We have over 1000 friendly and caring Host Families all over Ireland, who offer students a “home from home” for exeat weekends, school holidays, work experience (TY students), and emergency situations such as illness or suspension. All our host families are police vetted and personally vetted by us.

We will share the Host Family profile with you in advance of a stay, so you will know exactly where your child will be staying, and you will see photos of the family, house, etc. The Host Family provides transfers to and from school. Many of our host families have teenage children, and often families will host 2 students, so it may be possible for your son/daughter to stay with a school friend. If regular hosting is required, we endeavour that a student returns to the same host family for all breaks/holidays.
